Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery orders are shipped from our Distribution Center via standard ground service, and will generally arrive within 5-7 business days of recipt of the order. Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer to arrive, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $7 for standard delivery. For Standard and Express Delivery rates, consult our Delivery Charges below. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Rush Delivery
For an additional $15.00 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. (Orders received by 3pm EST Monday through Thursday arrive in two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday arrive on Tuesday.) We regret that this service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from our supplier, and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

At present, we are only able to ship to the United States and U.S. Territories.

Shipping Merchandise to Canada

Holding Orders for a Later Date
We regret that online orders cannot be held for later shipment. We can, however, delay shipment if the order is placed through our Customer Service Center. Please call (352) 854-7400 (9:00 am EST - 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday) and a sales associate will be happy to complete your order.
